Great big round of applause for Lea on her promotion to 3rd kyu and Shannon and John on their promotions to 6th kyu. They had excellent demonstrations and made us proud. Thanks to everyone who participated and supported the demonstration! We're grateful to all students who have helped John, Shannon, and Lea hone their skills by coming to class and sharing the mat!

Systema now offered at Triangle Aikido
NC Systema is now offering classes at Triangle Aikido on Wednesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Membership and dues for Systema classes are completely separate from Triangle Aikido. We are happy to share our space with them and are delighted to have more people coming through our doors for movement classes!

After a looooong pandemic delay, we finally had our promotion demonstrations on Monday, November 15, 2021. SIXTH Annual Friendship Seminar! January 31-February 2, 2020
What an amazingly wonderful weekend of great Aikido, laughter, and friendship with EIGHT instructors from North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, and New Jersey! Friends came from Massachusetts, Texas, Philly, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, Florida, Chicago, and maybe some other places too. And we all had so much fun. We'll let you know as soon as we know what the dates for 2021 will be. We hope to see you there!
